Dog Licenses
Every dog over the age of three months must be licensed in Pennsylvania. Fines range up to $500 depending on a city vs. non-city address! Getting your dog licensed is not only the law, but it ensures your dog's safe return if they ever get lost. Give them a voice!

Peninsula Pups is inspected randomly every quarter by the PA Department of Agriculture Dog Law Enforcement Office. We are obligated by PA Dog Law (Act 47) to release our customers' name, address and phone number. If no license is found on record, the Dog Law Office will mail a letter directly to the customer imposing a potential fine of up to $500, per dog. To avoid this fine, please make sure that all of your dogs are licensed and that we have their license number on file.
